Chef Jason, born and raised in Upstate NY, was blessed to have an upbringing from a father that was in the Air Force as a Culinary Specialist (Cook) that went on to become a Butcher at A&P Markets and Great American Food Stores, which his brother was part of in a Lease to Own program. He joined the Great American Family at the age of 16 which has brought extreme value to his overall culinary learning experience thru roles in the Grocery, Meat, and Produce Departments which eventually led to him becoming the Store Manager.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in both Flight Operations and Aviation Management, graduating in 2002 from DWC in Nashua, NH. His passion for cooking started as a young lad helping Mom in the kitchen making classic home recipes straight from the “Grandparents” and “Betty Crocker” to feeding starving college students, entertaining family and friends at home, and cooking for various private and public events.

After a career in private aviation, partnering in a successful logistics auditing company, and managing rental units he continues to go back to his culinary roots. His continued passion for sourcing food, preparation, entertaining, and learning new age techniques has led him to launch “On Demand Chefs” where Chefs connect with Hosts nationwide!

Jason is now one of OneDemandChefs primary Chefs serving Moore County in NC. He has two primary houses under his belt that he is head Chef at.
